From Wilderness to Wonder
When I first arrived, the garden was completely overgrown. A tangle of brambles, nettles, and weeds as tall as my shoulders. It had been left untouched for years, and you could barely see where the lawn ended and the flowerbeds began.
Over the course of several days, everything was cleared carefully and thoroughly, right down to the roots. Even a dying apple tree, long past saving, was cut down safely to make room for new growth. Bit by bit, the space began to breathe again.
The final step was preparing the soil for planting, turning it over, removing stones for proper drainage, and giving it a fresh start. At the client’s request, I planted a small herb corner with chives, thyme, and mint, a simple touch that brought new life and scent back into the garden. Not before having carefully moved the mountain of flower pots out of the way!
By the end, it was almost unrecognisable; open, tidy, and full of potential once more. What a transformation! And even better, a pair of very happy clients to see it.
